Fandango Baqueira was born from a love for the mountains and the dream of creating a retreat for food lovers and après-ski enthusiasts, located at over 1,200 meters above sea level. The cuisine is closely connected to the environment, featuring mountain-inspired dishes with hearty stews and grilled meats and fish, complemented by seasonal vegetables. The restaurant’s famous rice dishes are another major highlight: rib-eye with peppers, mountain rice with mushrooms, duck, and foie, or the legendary red prawn rice.
